Initiate Your Request
Log into your Haraps account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
